When I did the update of escape it completely stopped working and made my SketchUp crash so I had to reinstall windows, which means all my programs again.
As escape would crash I was never able to remove my license before reformating, so now when I try to apply for my license again it says I need to remove it from my previous pc (which is this same one)
When trying to apply the key, I get the following:
Your license is applied, but could not be activated because you’ve exceeded the number of stead for your license.
I’m so backed up with work, clients are not happy, this has been a week, help!
