V-Ray V-Ray for SketchUp General

rendered image in cloud beta. opened .exr in VFB, if I try to export the elements as separate .exr’s for comp / post in PS I only get 640x480 snippets of the main 4k image. If I save out as .png get full res exports.
I need .exr. Is this potentially a bug or a setting somewhere?

It is definitely a bug. Thank you for letting us know!
