Hello everyone, when I click the 3D Streaming button in Enscape (Revit), the scene gets uploaded to the cloud.
However, when I enter the cloud and click on the scene I exported, the only thing visible is the sky,
and I can’t see the buildings or anything else that I modeled.
I’ve tested this on several different projects, but the result is the same every time
Can anyone help me?
Hello there
If you’re using Enscape 4.14 and experiencing this issues with 3D streaming — this is a known issue our team is actively working to resolve. A fix is currently in progress and is expected to be released soon.
In the meantime, if you need to upload projects, we recommend temporarily reverting to Enscape 4.13 as a workaround.
Svetlozar is correct. The fix is expected any day now, but to be safe, try it again next week and it should work!
Hope this helps!
The fix is deployed, so scenes from Enscape 4.15 should work in 3D Streaming on Chaos Cloud now. Please try again and let us know if there are more issues
Vasil, I’m getting the same thing - no model objects in the web standalone. I’m on the latest version 4.15.0.276, render vsion 4.15.0.676-gb5d3fec, Build Date 1/26/2026. Suggestions? I’ve tried from a preset view, different views, in walk mode, or fly mode. Nothing in the cloud view except for the sky.
Thanks, Angelo
@angelo_marasco - This is strange - could you share a link to the scene with us so we can investigate? feel free to send it to vasil.garbev@chaos.com
I will ask our developers to look at it.
Vasil, will do, thanks!
Hi! It seems you are using the Web Standalones and this thread and the fix I mentioned, is about 3D Streaming - our newer service for sharing and exploring 3D Scenes in full graphics quality via streaming interactive video.
I raised your issue about the Empty Web Standalones to the internal teams and they are aware of it and working on a fix at the moment for the latest Enscape Version.
In the meantime there are 2 options - either try uploading with an older Enscape version like 4.13 (tested and working), but I know this would not be very convenient.
Alternatively - try the 3D Streaming feature - Upload your scene via the dedicated button for 3D Streaming (shown in my screenshot). Then you can share it the same way as a Web standalone. It will take slightly longer to load, which is the tradeoff for having full graphics quality streaming remotely to any machine or device (it works on mobile devices too!) On top of this, you can collaborate via comments inside your scenes.
Let me know if that worked for you. Will update you about the Web Standalone fix when it is done.
Best Regards,
I’ve seen this happen when the camera clipping or scene scale is way off. It might also be worth checking whether the objects are hidden, frozen, or on a layer that’s not rendering. Glad you got some suggestions already - hopefully it’s something simple and not a corrupted scene.
