Thanks you guys! Macbook is a cliche I’m agree. But I like it :smiley: May be it looks better with switch-off screen… I’m not sure. And I’m agree about books and folders on shelves - it’s looks not very good. Unfortunatly I haven’t enough time to correct everything :(.
About render time. It took about 4 hours for each frame on my I7-930 in resolution 1920x1080. There is no HDRI, only Corona Sky + Corona Sun.

By the way, I found small BUG with smoothing geometry in overbright places. (((

You have to set lower bump to reduce “terminator” effect. Smoothing doesnt help imo.

No… I think you are wrong. There is almost no bump in this material

Amazing work ! The wood works really well, I don’t see anything more to say that haven’t been said before (books in the shelves, and the mac… :smiley: )

0,05 is quite a lot. Im using 0,01-0,02 very often - try!
I think that bump value should be scaled x10 because working in tenths is boring.
