Offline Material Asset sifting through

Hi to all the Enscape users out there.

Currently, my company wants a set of assets that are favored by my boss to be made available to the rest of the company so that we designers would stick to using those particular assets.

I thought of using the useful pdf produced by Paul Russam here at the forums and creating our company set of pdf, but we can foresee people not bothering to open the pdf and and copy the names and such. And in a tight time crunch, they would just grab anything they could find that looks decent enough.

SO next I thought of doing the offline asset library way. Saving a set of assets on our server and archiving it in case we delete/overwrite that folder., and telling them to direct their offline library path to that said folder. But when I got to having to download the assets. It downloads ALL of them and have folder names like: “0a4c305b-d4b2-4728-9102-db462cf68b5f” (its Table lamp_07 btw).

Is there a way in enscape which I don’t know which I can choose and select which online assets to be made offline?

I also tried doing a search through the folders using the names from Paul’s pdf. But the offline library does not share the same file names.

Update: Currently using Asset Creator v1.3 to sift thoguh the assets and taking note of the folder name and delete/copy our accordingly.
