Is there a way to do this? I just recently reconfigured my network - took my old server offline and now files hang for a long time while opening.
I disconnect the computer from the network, then use the Asset Tracking to change all the paths and save the file. If it is connected to the network it hangs or takes forever.
Agreed, the only way I’ve ever been able to get around that annoying searching is to physically unplug the network cable.
