I have an Apple format DVD from a client and would like to open it on my PC, is it possible?

…an apple format dvd… There shouldn’t be such a thing. ntsc and pal dvd’s are their own format, it has nothing to do with apple and pc.
And why wouldn’t you just stick the thing in your pc and try it instead of posting here and asking? 
Put it in the microwave for 2 minutes. That should work.
It is not a movie DVD but one with files on.
I tried the microwave but it makes to many sparks! :shock:
yup - dvd has its own file system regardless of pc or mac os so you should be able to see the files burned on it - mightn’t be able to do anything with them though if you don’t have a program that handles them. If you get anything else like a usb drive or a hard drive that’s been formatted to mac, macdrive works really well.
not true.. well not entirely.
You can burn a mac disc (cd/dvd) which will only be readable on a mac… stupid I know.
Other than using a mac you may need a special program like macopener
