opening Xfrog tree issue

I have xfrog trees, and i cant open the on XfrogTUNE and the Xfrog 3.5
So i wondered if i can send someone one of the the plants, to see if its corrupted or is it something on my machine.

Do you get any error messages?
Which package do you have?

i think the problem is ur version of xfrog, just went to check the site now and see that version 3.5 is out, they must have updated the XfrogTune version also, try upgrading

In xfrog 3.5 it says “File could not be loaded”, and XfrogTune doesn’t show error but either doesn’t load the plant.
I have the “Greenworks Xfrog 3.5 Plant Bundle 15 CD Packs”

i have those plants before the new xfrog release.

FA or Thom, Can you take a look on one of my plants? to see if it works

I believe I’m using XFrog 3.5 as well. The Xfrog site doesn’t appear to have changed for a long time. It should work.

I’ve used the European Bundle.

I could take a look, but it might take a couple of days before I have the chance to try it as I’m not home for the holidays.
