Opinion wanted....which bundle should i get??

Heya guys

I am planning on upgrading my system. Right now i have 2 XEONs with 3.0GHz and 2GB ram.

So now I would like you expert opinions on following bundels and also will i see a lot of improvement to what i have right now?

I have just built a Q6600 and it does the latest benchmark in about 3 min 20 secs, sweet, my dueal xeon 2GB ran does it in over 10mins :o(
note they are oem processors so u should source decent heatsinks and fans, personally I would always go for boxed processors,

Yes i know about the XEONs mine where approx. the same time on the benchmark so good to hear it’s a LOT faster

Sorry I am all kinda new at this…what do you mean by “BOXED” ?

boxed means a retail kit with all the packaging from the manufacturer whereas OEM means its a chip in a plain box that companies who build computers buy and install.

a lot of these seem expensive to me for us dollars

did you factor in the price drop in 2 days? :slight_smile:

These are Canadian dollars. I have to call them up to see if these prices have the price drop included.
