I work at a company that works in high volume with transparent and reflective materials. So having the ability to turn off lights for specific objects would be very helpful in unwanted light reflections and improving visualizations for our end clients. Additionally, most of the cocuration software already offers this option and vray for some other 3d modelling software already has this feature.
