could be interesting for all people who build turntable animations. Quicktime object movies dosn’t work at 64bit OS, but the free viewer DevalVR allow it (plus many other features). Latest addition - a pack option that allow to run a object movie without installation of the viewer software, - SCR or EXE packages can be created:
This option will be not for free, but I suppose so the price will not be so high.

Its a great program and what I use for my VR’s since I run only 64bit. Ive never done an object VR though, only pano.
I need to export a QT Object VR
I checked the site in question but did not see how to generate the file needed. They stated “DevalVR is a browser plugin to view 3D interactive contents. DevalVR is a popular panoramic viewer to show QuickTimeVR files on the Internet.”
What I need is a method or app to get simple Quicktime VR Object movies out of Rhino+VRay so that i can send to clients. The goal is so that they can just spin or zoom simple 3D objects with no other effects or hotspots / links / etc. I’d like to use QuickTime, since its a common standard, but I’m open for other suggestions.
Possible solution : Adobe Acrobat 3D
I just realized I have a copy of Acrobat 3D, which will import Rhino .3DM files and embed the data inside of a standard PDF. This might be better than a QuickTime VR Movie since I can add notes, logos, etc to my usual PDF deliverables. If anyone has experience with this, please feel free to share.

QTVR and 3D PDF are complete different things. The QTVR is good for showing rendered turntables (“unlimited” image quality) or panorama images. A 3D PDF contain the 3D model and is limited by the graphic card features (OpenGL or Direct X or …).
