Nice one Metro. Is that a steel bowling ball?
Nice one…is the boot getting ready to kick that ball??? ouch :lol:
Sorry for the question, I just did not read the topic name…
:?
looks great!!..hehehe…love that metal - anything special about it as far as settings??
paul.
nice!! Any chance we could have a look at the material used for that chrome ball, it looks quite interesting.
Yeah! Please fill us in on the chrome material - also, did you use displacement on that ball for the scratches and dents, or is it geometry?
great floor texturing! how did you get it so detailed?!?!
cant see anything
Here is the direct link to the picture.
mainly the ball looks so “heavy” because of the displacement. also where the scratches are i lowered the reflection (black-grey map of the scratches in the reflection slot). it brings more depth…that´s actually all…
the floor and walls are also displacement…and of course a soft motion blur adn DOF. actually you can see the whole person and the background of the scene in the reflection, but it disappears because of the displacement.
But then, why is the chair upside-down?
I would guess the ball is not the first to be kicked ![]()
great stuff
@RErender… you´re right ![]()
…was the ‘boot’ added in post? there’s no reflection in the sphere…
