this one just finished cooking… from Digital Diffusion News… (DDN)

car mat testing…

rediculusly overpriced toilet

this one is an upcoming government project for Water Waste Treatment Plant (is it?), covering 160.000 sq.m.
This prespective was made in 2 days! Renderes were 4000px each, took hell of our nerves here…

Love the first image … very cool

ya like em. is the girl supposed to be on the tv? or is it some sort of reflection? It looks like the tv is off yet has an image.

Yea the first image is nice but I agree with percy where the girl on the TV needs to be brighter.

here is the original one…

Now thats better except for the screen again, the room makes the scene look alot more inviting.

-dave

yeah very cool … the screen is bad .. as metioned

yeah agree about the screen…i can’t understand if that’s a reflection or the screen itself…when on, the screen image should be much more self illuminated since there is light coming from the screen…

paul.

lol, I SAID this one is ORIGINAL PHOTO - NOT CG, SCANNED FROM MAGAZINE

Is plasma display, it reflects a lot, and the angle of this photo exceeds the actual preffered viewing angle for PLASMA panel.

thats the way this photo was taken, look at the screen…

 But again, change that screen, change the physics laws, anything you want, but do something about that screen.

hehe, weird tv, photo or not.

LOL I didnt realize it was a photo  when you said original I thought it was like an original concept rendering. Anyway I would be tempted to fake the screen to be more self iluminated cause if I saw that screen in an ad like it is in the photo theres no way I would buy one from that company cause of the way it looks like crap in the photo.

-dave

Heh…do you often buy large televisions after just seing them in a magazine photo?

It reflects on the company as a whole not just on the 1 product.

-dave

I think you’re missing the point. That ad is not there to sell the telly you see in the image, but it tries to indicate what kind of person identifies with that brand of products. If anyone bought that telly just because of the image, (without first checking it out thouroughly) there is a serious chance they are a shopaholic.

Anyway. I prefer companies that don’t overtly lie in their ad campaigns.

And I think you’ve missed my point  any way I dont want to get more off topic than we already have…

cheers, dave
