Re: Ozan B. Render and modeling works 2009-2010 [big update displacement]
original is 1600x1200 with displacement cropped and resized to 640, took 2 hours to render
if you like it I may share the uncropped version too

thanks for the comments, nobody else commented yet
I post some updated displacement material instead bump which took 2 hours to render
still my color management is not cool and my renders are too dark so I brightened a bit with photoshop

if you ask mapping type I just applied material
the main trick with mapping is if your surface is modeled smootly the mapping also turns out fine
and the material is very detailed
if you look closely there are 6 parts in the head
maybe I can join the 2 parts in the front covering the mouth
I may also remove the blade from the long horn

Re: Ozan B. Render and modeling works 2009-2010 [update moon scene]
ozanb: nice rino bro, those materials are great, but other renders looks little flat to me, maybe cause of the lightning you use, but in all this are nice works, ill be watching your updates bro, i can see that with each render you improve ;D

Re: Ozan B. Render and Modeling Works [May update:Moon scene]
thanks teofas
Yes I tried to give an etched glass/dirt effect, so over the glass material I added some bump transparency map etc. for realism
also for glass type objects you need a smooth model especially in the corners
Thanks for the comment

Re: Ozan B. Render and Modeling Works [May update:Moon scene]
Earth Scene Material and Lighting Setup, Render and Watermark: 40 minutes
The glass was Refraction, diffuse, reflection with some bitmaps but the milk material and lighting is also important
Re: Ozan B. Rendering Works [Update:Moon, Earth & Dragon]
