Pagetree(left column) Issue

Hi,

The pagetree of left column is strange just on Chrome web browser. It makes hard to find a menu. Please check the image file attached, just for your information.
BTW, there is no problem when using Opera browser.

Hey @sersia , thanks for notifying us!

It is a known issue and it is caused by the scale you use in Chrome. Try increasing or decreasing the % a bit and see if it gets better.

What is the resolution of your monitor? Do you by any chance use different display scale than the recommended? That can also cause it to look odd.

Unfortunately, we haven’t found how to fix it yet, only the workaround.

Hi Kristin,

It is just happening when I set the zoom to 75% and 90% on Chrome. There is no problem with the other zoom rate.

Same here at a 4k screen and Win10 with scale. It doesn’t help to try an other zoom factor at chrome. Good luck for finding a solution.

Hey Micha,

What scale do you use? Is it less or more than the recommended?
Also, can you try another browser and let me know if this happens there as well? The information will be much appreciated

At Chrome it doesn’t work. At IE it works.I use a scale of 125%.
