My panorama output looks really different from the settings I chose.

For example, if a export a flat picture, it will look like exactly the settings I chose for the picture, but when I render it as panorama, it loses it all. I am sending two pictures for comparison. For example, lighting, shadows, quality.

It’s mostly related to a different exposure. Try to disable auto exposure to define an exact exposure across your images and panoramas.
