I did a series of panorama renders to create a virtual tour and they simply do not appear on my account to create the presentation. Please could I have some help ASAP?

Hi @SLR , in this case or whenever you experience any issues with Enscape generally please reach out to our dedicated support/licensing team from the get go as detailed here: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
If possible simply send in a support report as described in the thread (or a Help Center inquiry should the support button ever not function) and we will reach back out to you after we’ve received the generated log files, the rest of your machine information, to which license your account is tied to and so forth.
In case you haven’t yet you may also want to check out our corresponding knowledgebase article here, just to ensure you’re not be missing any prior steps.
