My best friend bought me V-RAY for Sketchup student version and with his card information, Chaos Vantage renewed itself automatically.
I want to give it back because I don’t need Chaos Vantage and it’s a bit expensive for my best friend.
But even I contact to support, They’re not answering to my messages.
It says there is 14 days payback but I’m still waiting for reply for 6 days.
Do I have 8 days for refund? How this process works? I don’t have any informations about it because I didn’t see any reply from support.
I need your assistances.
