Perspective view of render not fully showing on screen

I cannot seem to view a whole 3D image on Enscape when synchronised with Sketchup, the image is cropped in the background. I have tried everything to rectify the problem with no success. Can you please give advice on how to resolve this matter?

can you upload your file?

Looks like your skp file has an active clipping/Slice plane.

@GBIC , if this isn’t caused by section/clipping plane in SketchUp as mentioned by vjaramillo above, then can you please also make sure that your project is not too far away from the default centre of SketchUp? The default centre is the place where you’re located from the get go when you create a new scene in SketchUp.

If that doesn’t do the trick, please also make sure that you’re running our latest release, and kindly get back to me if an update doesn’t help, or in case you’re already using our latest version of course. Also, can you share a screenshot of the SketchUp project itself perhaps? IF you can share the whole project, then that would of course be ideal. If so wetransfer.com is a good free upload site for files.

I believe were having similar issues here, can you advice. Running on 3.0.2 Running sync view and the output from Encape does not match the view from Sketchup.

@danielsc , welcome to our Forum, I’m sorry to hear about that. Just to make sure, is that a rendering output by Enscape or the real-time view? If it’s the real-time view, you have for sure already tried to adjust the SketchUp output and Enscape still doesn’t match the view? Just to also ensure we’re on the same track, Enscape’s view can be manipulated by SketchUp’s but the other way around. Thank you in advance for your response.

… just to question this point - maybe it has something to do with SketchUp’s two-point perspective?, which unfortunately still can’t be matched by Enscape.

i would bet this is the problem… or to specify, when you are in the two Pointperspetktiv and you use the Pan to to adjust the view, it will not sync with enscape… unfortunately

We wish there was an easy solution for that, but currently, our developers state this is unfortunately still due to technical limitations I’m afraid. This may indeed be what the user referred to, I was still hoping he may have misunderstood how view synch works, maybe he’ll get back soon.

Hi Demian,

Its a rendering output by Enscape, As soon as I run Enscape from Sketchup the view comes up. I understand I can pan and fly up and down to adjust but its a challenge getting the exact view from Sketchup.

Which perspective are you using and does it help if you set it to it to “Perspective” itself, because you may experience this issue when two-point is active? Can you confirm that?
