Running Phoenix from an Arbitrary Location - Phoenix for 3ds Max - Global Site​

There’s an issue with the path which was “Chaos Group” for 3ds Max 2024 and now is just Program Files Chaos for 3ds Max 2025+

Also it’s not clear but I believe necessary that the \Phoenix3dsMax2025\ needs to be copied into the Autodesk_Plugins apth, not just the contents of that folder.

Lastly.. this webpage here is titled “Vray for Blender, Beta”. Weird.

Thanks a lot for the heads up. We have updated the docs and fixed the page name.

Just copying the files will do the job, no need to copy the folder \Phoenix3dsMax2025\ - but let us know if something doesn’t work and we will take a look.
