I’m just looking for something basic. If anybody could help I would be very grateful.
What exactly are you looking for? A recomendation on purchasing a “real” TV or Max model for you renderings? If it’s the later I have a low rez one you can use.
Hehe, yeah I’m looking for a 3D model only. The real thing is still a little out of my price range.

hehe. actually i was asking for some recommendations on real ones the other day. syclone was telling me that the plasma ones still are not 100% good since they have problems with black and also with getting image burn ins. im looking into some of those projector ones that look nice.
I was looking at some the other day. The DLP versions supposedly last longer because they don’t get burn-in, but as far as the picture goes, they still can’t compare to the plasma screens.
I have a standard HDTV monitor w/ built in tuner and it is sooo nice. You get all the local network channels over the air in HD and best of all its FREE! This is the one I have, and it’s less than $1000. I’ve had it for about a year and I couldn’t be happier with it. Not really a great space saver, but amazing picture.

I’m looking for the same thing… That wouldn’t happen to be a 42" would it? 
I’ve had a Panasonic 42" HD plasma for a year or so. Panasonic has the best blacks (others are more grey). I bought the commercial model (no speakers, just a nice, clean small bezel around the edges). Watching Hockey in HD is awesome (Big Canada-USA game today here in Vancouver).
If only I were talking about a REAL tv.

I just bought a dell 42 inch plasma hdtv. its pretty sweet.
I currently have a 46" Samsung DLP and love it, and can plug my PC rite in to it and wow its clear. when I bought it I tried in my home a 37" LCD, 42" Plasma and the DLP, and chose the DLP cause I dont have to worry about “burn in” or dead pixels or fading over time. Also the DLP has Composit, DVI, VGA, HDMI and Component video inputs…

The DLP, can it be seen well from any angle or do you have to be right in front of it? my plasma has all those inputs, in fact has basically 2 sets of each. I am a little concerned with the burn in, but since its in the living room, and my wife and I still watch the majority of our television in the bedroom at night, Im hoping our plasma will last longer then standard.
The DLP does get a little darker if viewed at quite an angle but its still watchable and its nothing like the old rear projection screens which aparently are also prone to burnin.

BTW - I can’t seem to search Evermotion. Everything I try returns 0 results. Any ideas?
