Please add Image Sequence support directly in Corona Bitmap.
This would enable the use of all sorts of animated displacement maps (water, raindrops, wrinkles, etc.) inside Corona.
Right now the only option is using the 3ds max standard Bitmap - but the quality is inferior due to a lack of bitmap filtering modes.
See included comparison example of vector displacement (heavily zoomed in to illustrate the point). Left side is the standard 3ds max Bitmap, Right side is Corona Bitmap set to Bicubic filtering.

Submitted on AHA Ideas by Arpit Pandey.
In this case though, the Jira was cancelled due to being a duplicate of https://jira-chaos.atlassian.net/browse/CMAX-322 which is still in the backlog, so this Idea will be left as Pending. Also, 322 is the new Jira was should use to check on the status of this ofc.

Any update on this? It seems like SUCH a simple thing to add.
Searching Corona’s own forums, I see people complaining about IFL files not working in Corona Bitmap all the way back in 2015. And here we are 11 years later, still not working.
