is that an extruded spline that you have self illuminated ?
rather than attaching the material to the whole object … just attach it to just the face … then you will not get that bleeding (hopefully) ![]()

I think it has to do with low irradiance settings combined with high light multipliers (if these are vray lights ?)

The illumination is a exterior direct light mult. 2,5 and a exterior Vraylight in the south windows mult. 1. The mesh is totally fact in AutoCad

i try never to go over 1 in my bounce multipliers and
try not to use 1 for your secondary bounce. 0.75 is usually nice.
Plus i usually use adaptive AA
To reduce the artifacts arround holes, try to set GI environment multiplies above 1 and up the Dark multiplier in the color mapping menu.
The floor reflection is a glossy probrem. try to up the mat. refl. subdivision

They are not holes, they are self illuminated (material) boxes hit to the ceiling.
In the new render it seems that the problem of the boxes has been corrected thanks to your suggestions but it takes in the first prepass 2 hours and he still has left

it is the Illuminaited bits that is doing it … ive seen it many times before … im sure.
Now it has finished the first prepass after 2 hours, and they still lack 3, I believe that the values min/max = -3/0 for a 3200 pixels image are too high,
but I will wait even this way.. my god gives me patience :roll:

-3/0 is for 640*480 to 800*600! If you double the resolution, you can lower the min/max both by 1. So -5/-2 on 3600width will give you same result as -3/0 on 800*600 and I think that should be enough.
You artifacts are 100% sure from that self illuminated mat. I would just give it the same mat, but apply a vraymtlwrapper and uncheck send and recieve GI. It seems that you don’t mind that these boxes don’t illuminate the room, so they’e just there for the look, and then they shouldn’t add up to your GI calculation.
and if they are adding to the lighting you can just put a vray light in that area to create the light
