Im struggling achieving a pool tile material like the pic attached.
anyone might have a clue how to get it right?

Often times when struggling to achieve an effect, it’s good to show what you did achieve - that way people know which aspect of the material is giving you trouble (the displacement or bump for the grout versus tile? The reflectivity? etc). Otherwise, people would have to build a whole material from scratch, not knowing which parts you already got down, and which were left to fix up
