Potted Plant 113: Ivy - Render Data Could Not Be Downloaded

When launching Enscape, I get the error “render data for 1 asset(s) could not be downloaded during the export. The afflicted assets may not be displayed in the rendered model.” The responsible asset seems to be “Potted Plant 113: Ivy,” all other assets are showing up, and when it is removed the error no longer shows. SketchUp, Enscape, and graphics driver are all up to date.

+1. We are experiencing the same problem with enscape and archicad for more assets.

Hey! I’m sorry about that. The asset should be recognized again properly with the latest version, Enscape 4.2.1. Here’s the forum post: Enscape 4.2.1 Released
