Problem vray with license

Hi,
I changed my mac and reinstalled vray, but now I get this problem “that serial number has already been used as a master number on another server”.
How can I fix it?

for mac? this is for windows.

Contact authorizations@asgvis.com, provide them with your serial number and a brief explanation of what happened. Your license is still tied to your old computer, so we have to add an exception to allow you to install the product on your new computer.
