Problem when saving IR and LC precalculations

Hi! I’m trying to render a scene, and I want to save time and memory usage so I tried saving the IR and LC. but when I loaded the saved IR and LC and make a render.. here is the output:

My Vray for Sketchup version is 1.49.01… please help me.. thank you! :slight_smile:
