When I place a reflector on the outside of a building, the light emission behaves strangely. It seems to be completely concentrated in a single location, like a “ball of light”. The strange thing is that if I position the reflector in specific points, the light behaves correctly, but if I move it a few centimeters, the problem returns.

Have you recently updated your graphics card driver? If not, does that fix the issue?

If you open the General Settings from the Enscape tab in your design application, under Hardware Features - are these options available / checked?

@beto12344_322 , thank you for your response - You can right away also try upgrading your Enscape to our latest release which is 4.1.1 and can be acquired here.
Given that your graphics card is not ray-tracing capable this in turn will also mean that our lighting elements will have (a lot more evident) technical limitations depending on the scene, light type, proximity to these light sources alongside other factors. (One fitting example of these limitations was discussed previously here)
If you are curious and perhaps even have the budget to eventually upgrade to a ray-tracing capable GPU feel free to check out this blog article here going into further detail as to why ray-traced artificial lights offer a lot more accurate output, not just when it comes to the light distance but also shadow quality.
In this case, after you upgraded Enscape, you can still feel free to share any of your “final” (or work in progress) scenes with our dedicated support team directly as well as detailed here, so that we can at the very least provide additional tips or adjustments from there on.
