I am a total beginner in V-Ray.
I have a problem with black windows.
what’s the problem?

Make sure you tick the “GI” and “Background” boxes under “Environment” options tab.
The default render settings should have those ticked already.

You have the rectangular light in the wrong direction. We don’t support reverse face to change the direction of the light anymore. You have to rotate the lights. This is exactly the same issue that adesiguala had in the video tutorial.
