Problem with render outputs

I don’t know why my PC suddenly get render results like this. No matter what render quality or image format I change, the output is still like this.

On the other hand, I tried with other PCs with the same type of graphic card, or even worse ones. Some PC took longer time to render but the quality is much better (the second image)

The surfaces are much smoother and without strange marks.

Please let me know which part of the settings or my PC setup (graphic card too old or inadequate RAM) causes this problem. Thanks.

@ian_leung , if you experience this only with a select PC, can you let me know which GPU/CPU is built into it? Please also make sure that the graphics card drivers of that GPU are fully up to date, and if that doesn’t help, please also submit a Feedback Report to us as detailed here. Thanks in advance.

GPU: nvidia geforce gtx 1650

CPU: i7-9700 @ 3 GHz (8CPUs)

8GB Ram

Window 11 home 64-bit

see if these help

Thanks

Thanks, I can see the system should be supported - Have you made sure to acquire the latest drivers for this listed card through the NVIDIA homepage accordingly? Further, even though this should not be the cause here, also make sure that the scene is not located too far off-center in Rhino.

If you’ve already updated the GPU drivers, please also send me a Feedback report with your logs.

it works! i have another model which shows broken and flickering surfaces in render view, that can also be solved with this solution. Thanks.

I’m glad to hear that! It generally can’t hurt to just update the GPU drivers at hand at least every 2-3 months. Or once you are experiencing any noticeable performance drops / further graphical issues. And let me know in case anything else comes up!

Hi Damian, I have been struggling to run Enscape-3.3.0+74199 on both Revit and Rhino for close to 1 week now. It doesn’t pass the 5% loading mark before freezing my computer. I always have to force a shutdown to get my pc functionality back. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software close to 3 times with no fix yet. Please can you assist? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks
