problems Installing vrimg2exr.exe

Im having trouble loading the VrimgtoExr converter after I have downloaded it.

---> I extract the file

--->Then click on the vrimg2exr.exe which brings me to this screen

---> I then press run. Which brings a window up for a split second before disappearing.

Im not sure if the program has loaded or not. Ive done a search for it on my computer with no luck.
I have also right clicked on the vrimg2exr.exe and run it as administrator, which results in the same.

can anyone help me???

You have to drag and drop the file over the Vrimg2exr.exe to convert the file.
