Problems loading movie textures

Im trying to add moving screens to my design.

Im working with the newest Sketchup + the newest Enscape.

But cuurently experiencing a lot of issues with this.

I have uploaded a 1,19 mb file (very small and pixalated) And this went fine, within a second.

After i tried a bigger file 3.19 MB and this seems to not work. What am I doing wrong here?

I tried converting to different formats from .mov to .mp4. But nothing seems to help.

Im sure it can’t be the size of the files, cause they are very small. And i can’t seem to find any tutorial where they adress this issue.

Feel free to attach the file you’ve tried to import with your next reply and I can directly try to reproduce any problems on my machine as well - Meanwhile, please also make sure that you’re using the latest drivers for your graphics card. As you’ve said already, the problem itself should not be caused by the size and we also support most .mp4 codecs. Thanks a lot in advance!
