Purchased Vray Advanced

I don’t know if anyone can help. I purchased Vray Advanced through RegSoft.com, I have yet to get license information. I puchased this 5 days ago. I have sent several emails and got no response. I also contacted RegSoft.com and they sent an email, yet I have gotten no response. Is there a phone number that I can contact someone at Chaos Software?
