Hi I can´t view QR codes in my phone, I get a black screen!!!

@alejandromartin , are you perchance using an iPhone and the Panoramas were rendered with High resolution? (If you know more about that) If so, after making sure that the panoramas are also exported through our latest release/preview, please try to set the resolution to Normal instead and re-export them.
If you only have access to the QR codes themselves, can you share one (confidentially via DM) here so that I can give it a try myself? Or do you experience this with any QR codes?
Hi Demian, yes I have used High-resolution configuration. Is it not possible to set hr if you want to send qr by mobile?
I think in previous versions I could set HR configurations and visualize them via QR in my mobile…

@alejandromartin , the highest setting has a larger resolution than before after previous releases, quite a bit actually, which is why previous versions exported panorama in a lower resolution on High than before, thus smartphones/mobile devices were able to better handle them.
I want to stress though, the Normal version of panoramas should look very similar on smartphones at least when compared directly to ones that were exported on High anyway. Can you confirm that you are able to view Normal resolution panoramas?
So summed up, please also gladly let me know what exact version of smartphone you own and make sure to also update your phone if there are new updates available. Overall it may not be possible to run that panorama on your particular device because of technical limitations.

you are right exporting panoramas with the normal quality it is possible to visualise them in my mobile device.
On the other hand, about the panoramas generated the field of view is very extreme, and I have noticed that if one change the field of view of the view before exporting the panorama it doesn’t affect the to the panorama. Is there any way to change the zoom or the field of view in the panorama.
I have tried in marzipano and it is possible to zoom in in the panorama and you reduce the field of view, but what you get from marzipano is a group of files and folders that are difficult to share with others. May you help with this…

@alejandromartin , at least for now there is no way to adust the fov of Panoramas that are uploaded to the Enscape cloud. As you mentioned already, with third party pano-tools like marzipano its adjustable, but I have also forwarded your wish to have this made possible by Enscape natively - you aren’t the first to request this. 
Hi Demian, and do you another third party to do it that it will produce only simple file instead of a folder… it is easier to share it.
