Could i get anisotropic effect like this in vray and how??

Just enable the anisotropic features in the matterial by playing with the spinner and the axis buttons. You have to use glossy reflections to see the effect though.
PS: This is only possible with the vray material quite logically.

but pay attention. theres a bug with the current 1.4570, when you use anisotrophic together with fake highlights,you get black splotches.
it works if you use glossy refl. only.
