First RAL colors material library for V-Ray for Rhino (.vismat) is created by Jakub Hendrych|jhe.cz and published by www.flyingarchitecture.com.

Library now includes 213 RAL matte colors.

To be honest I did the first RAL mat Library in the 2009… www.vraywiki.it.. you can freely register and download all the mat you want

So I have to apologize about “first” RAL library… I didn’t find it (at Google), so I didn’t know about it…
