MB in use. Perhaps even a listing of ram being used by textures and how much is used by geometry?

If you are using Windows 7, you can grab the nvidia gpu observer gadget. While not the same as knowing tex and geo ram, it does show total ram, and you can have multiple gadgets running for more than one opencl device.
