Few notes:
The reflections in your scenes are noisy, increase the subdivs in the material settings and also. Make the noise threshold lower (0.005 for example). The luminance from the wall lamps is odd IMO. The wood material on the door looks unreal, specially at the verticals of the frame.
Overall nice scene.
