I think it was cut in by an editing program. Otherwise I can’t imagine how you did it. 
I would agree probably with a video editing program. It does look like the dunes move relative to the trees on the bottom right of the frame at the beginning. I was wondering if it could be done with a video texture within Enscape?

You’re right, it’s animated texture. In self-experiment, notes actually, instead of a TV-Monitor, there is a large area as a sea beach.
Sometimes you are too fixed and don’t think outside the box.
I will not post my version, ktsvuanhtu has that honor:thumbsup:.
