reflection intensity depending of black/white intensity of reflection

Hello,

i’m trying to set up a reflection intensity depending on the white/black value of what it is reflecting.

for example, if the object it is reflecting is dark, i would like less reflection, if the object is white, i would like more reflection.

is that even possible ?
