First off, are you making use of Enscape 3.5.2 already? If you’re not already on that latest version please update accordingly. Furthermore, have you set the “Rendering Quality” in the Main tab of our Visual Settings to at least High or even Ultra?
Otherwise if the above makes no difference at all could you also share that scene with me? Via wetransfer.com for example if possible and if the scene is confidential, you can also send me the link to it via a direct message.

You are correct about me having my rendering settings on medium vs. High and Ultra High.
I also posted this in my SketchUp Forum and someone mentioned that.
Yes, I am using Enscape version 3.5.2.
I got the reflection issue resolved in my Rendering, but it is still an issue in the web-based export of my model that I want to send to my client.
This picture is after changing my rendering settings to Ultra High and I am happy with that.
Here is the reflection issue in the Web-Based Standalone.
There are no openings in the walls or ceiling that this reflection should be coming from.

Right away, this behavior in Web Standalones is to be expected (at the moment), mainly as the Render Quality is limited to be the equivalent of ‘Draft’ mode which in turn also means highly simplified reflections. This is mainly due to technical reasons and you can read even more about the current limitations in our dedicated knowledgebase article here.
Perhaps if you wish to not send over .exe standalones and the Web Standalones are not high quality enough you may also want to look into sharing a panorama gallery for example alongside or even instead. Just so you’re aware this is an option too.
