remove simcloth from old scene

Hi,

i’m working on an old scene, but I keep getting the missing simcloth warning box when I open the file. Everything is converted into editable poly already, but I keep getting the warning.

Is there a way to get rid of it?

Wouter

SimCloth is a modifier, so it must be applied to some object in the scene for you to get this warning. There are no extra plugins involved.

Vlado

Ok, will double check every object in the scene then.

thanks!

Vlado, don’t you get tired of being right all the time

There were some objects inside a group that still had the modifier on them…

Thanks for the help!

Wouter,
There is a blur script around for removing missing modifiers.
Its very handy for situations like this.

here you have one too, Find Modifier Type

Or if you use the file properties you can use summary info and plugin info to find out which objects are using what modifiers.

one of the best tools to find objects in all variations is NextPlease from bobo.
