Render Data for almost 50 assets from a project could not be downloaded. I have made my library offline and downloaded all the assets still no change.
This error do not have 50 assests error as I have created a different file and the added the same asset.
If the steps outlined in that post did not resolve the issue, please submit a dedicated support report as described [here], so our team can investigate further.
Once more, thank you in advance for your cooperation and efforts.
I also came across this issue after installing the latest version, but it was resolved when I deleted the “data” folder from Enscape’s temp files, which you can find here:
After deleting the “data” folder, you should restart your CAD program. I use Enscape for Revit, and I found all the assets working fine when I reopened the file.
I’m not sure if this will work for you, but you can try it out too.
We’ve just very recently released a fix that should help with avoiding this specific problem, so just in case you haven’t already, please try to load your project again or restart Enscape.
If that makes no difference, we’ll want to look into this further. Could you thus also briefly send in a support report and ideally let me know once you’ve done so? Once more, thank you a lot in advance.
Hello,
Can you please verify that you are logged in Cosmos by opening http://localhost:30305/ ?
In the header of the application you have to see your initials instead of Sign In button.
Yes, it looks like there’s an issue with the scaling of the vase asset. But are you also experiencing problems with downloading the assets, like the error mentioned in the initial post?
it bas been resolved after deleting all the assets and installing 4.12 enscape and reinstalling chaos cosmos browser as well. scaling is still an issue though
Assets could not be downloaded i have that bug again and again and again. I doest make sense sharing the demo file as it only occurs on the specific computer you are using.
That workaround makes sense, especially with Enscape being picky about cached assets. I’ve seen similar issues vanish once the temp folders are reset. From a business angle, this is why I lean on developers to automate the boring fixes—scripts that clear caches, handle reporting, or batch asset checks save real time and money, and when I need that kind of help fast I’ve pointed teams to hire ios developers because manual babysitting kills momentum. Fingers crossed this gets you rendering again without more fiddling.
We found a solution at my office to this persisting issue, by removing windows users so only 1 user logon exist for windows. It just baffles me that you cant have multiple users. In a normal work enviroment people borrows each otters computers all the time. This completely removes the flexibility between the 3D artist when we use other computers for rendering. Also I dont understand Why we had to go through so Much trouble with this issue, before someone from support finally put light on the real issue with multiple users. Having multiple users is so standard at least for all the offices i know about.
