I have 60 renders to do at 6K spherical but got this error.
Scenes are populated with cosmos and Scatter could it be scatter not being supported?
Renders fine locally

Could you please send us the Job ID/URL?

Also, would you please confirm the exact Host App and V-Ray versions that you are using?

Chaos Scatter is supported in Chaos Cloud and the official V-Ray 6 for Maya Update 1 release.
I checked your cloud job. I can see you are using a nightly build which unfortunately introduced some exporter issues. Bear in mind nightlies are not always stable which is the case.
While we are working on fixing the issue in the internal builds, I would recommend using the official V-Ray 6 for Maya Update 1 release. If you still want to stick to using a nightly build, you can take those up to (v6.10.10, revision 32142 from Jun 20 2023).​
