Render freezes (Wrong Forum)

First, sorry, this is the only forum that I’m able to post in at the moment. None of the others have a +newtopic button available to me. I’m having an issue all of a sudden where clicking the render button doesn’t do anything. The render view doesn’t open, and the command line reads _Render, but nothing happens. Also, when I change the display mode to V-Ray Interactive nothing happens and the viewport becomes locked (can’t rotate, zoom etc.) Has anyone experienced this and has a solution?

UPDATE: Figured it out, can’t post in the other forums because this account isn’t registered with the licensed version and the license is checked out.

Can you check if you have 64 bit VC++ redistributables 2010 and 2015 installed?

If you don’t have them - install the packages and restart Rhino. If you continue having the same error again - please send us an e-mail at support@chaosgroup.com
