Render-ready lighting assets?

I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on where to find render-ready lighting assets for Enscape/Sketchup. I’ve been building up my own library of all the basics, like recessed cans, table lamps, etc… but I feel like the results I’m getting from them are not perfect, and it is a lot of work. It seems like this would be something that exists out there in the 3D Warehouse or something, but I haven’t been able to find anything. And ultimately, it seems like this would be a very high priority feature request for Enscape to provide. It would be a game changer if there was a library of render-ready light sources that we could quickly populate our models with. Please? Pretty Please???

I’m kind of amazed that there have been no comments on this thread… this seems like one of the highest priority items for using Enscape to its full potential. Am I missing something?

Hi @Westgate_Designworks , at the moment our users attach individual light sources also depending on the type to each lamp/light object which can also offer more customization since you can use any type of light source (e.g. Spherelight, Spotlight (including IES support), Rectlight etc.) depending on the lamp model and scene.

Still, I understand your inquiry of course so please feel free to forward your wish to have already pre-made lighting assets via our Chaos Enscape Ideas Portal as detailed here and/or add your upvote/comment to the existing related feature request (“Assets with lights”) here.

This way our product management team will receive your input directly. Thank you in advance as well!
