Render TV animation

Can you render an animation inside a TV in vantage as is something moving or as an image sequence like the TV is playing a show?

Hi frankc,

Yes, with 1.8.0 update image sequences can be rendered inside Vantage if they are exported in the vrscene. The way animated image sequence is created depends on the host app you are using.

How can I apply the image sequence? As material in vray and apply as bitmap, it will read in chaos vantage? Thank you

Yes, but the current frame from the sequence will be shown only when rendering from Tools → High Quality Render or when in a live link.
If you are viewing a vrscene interactively, there is a button in the bottom right to update all image sequences for the current frame.
