Rendered Material not showing up after saving

Hello,

I import a material from the Enscape Material Library.. Use the material in sketchup, and it renders in Enscape properly. Then, I save the sketchup file and close it.

I reopen the sketchup file and open Enscape. The material is not rendered in Enscape anymore but when you click the material in Sketchup, it shows that I did apply the texture and I definitely saved the file.

Does anyone know why it is not showing up in Enscape after saving and closing my Sketchup file? Thank you in advance for any help!!

Same issue here,

I opened a file that I worked on a week ago and now all materials are gone. White like a polar bear.

Please help?

Ok, solved, erased Enscape, reinstalled from scratch (not updated) and now works properly, hope it helps
