Doesn’t Deadline have command line tools to submit jobs? Use that to write a batch which will send a bunch of jobs to your farm that will use the proper cam with the needed frame range.

Yeah layer overrides work, but if you already have some layers in your scene you would have to duplicated them for each camera.

Yes Deadline has “Submit Cameras as Separate Jobs” - which should do the work.
The other option is with Render Layers with overrides.
