Rendering glitching??

Okay so I have had this issue for the last week. I have painted all of the walls and added a texture to the floors and even added ceilings that wont show up. Its all dark and black and glitchy. When i zoom in i cant see any details its all super super dark and glitchy. I have no idea what to do and support wont answer my emails. I’ve updated and reinstalled everything. Someone pleaseeeee help me! It looks like the walls are black but they arent supposed to be they are supposed to be cream. Also the kitchen area has detailed millwork that isnt showing up.!!!
